Why a spring mattress suits a rental room
Rental rooms change sleepers often, with different weights and sleeping positions. A spring core pushes back evenly across the whole surface, so it does not hollow out along one person's outline the way foam does, and the gaps between the coils let air move — which matters in a room shut up between tenants. The quilted knit cover can be spot-cleaned without stripping the whole mattress.
Budget per room, not per item
A studio for one tenant takes a 3.5 ft at THB 4,290 a room; a double, or a room you rent at a higher rate, takes a 5 ft at 5,290. That covers the base, the headboard, the mattress, the pillows, delivery and installation — no hunting for a bed base afterwards, and a per-room cost you can plan against.
Order several rooms, delivered in one run
Opening a new block or replacing a floor: tell us the room count and the province and we send one truck, with the team carrying everything up to the rooms. No extra freight for multiple rooms. Bangkok and nearby 1–3 days, elsewhere 7–10. If the building has no lift, say which floor and we bring enough hands. Nan, Mae Hong Son and every island are outside our range, along with some districts of Chiang Mai, Tak, Songkhla and Kanchanaburi. Pattani, Narathiwat and Yala are served through a nominated pickup point — the delivery page lists all of it.
Cash on delivery keeps your cash where it is
No transfer in advance and no paying before a tenant moves in: the sets arrive, get installed, you check them, then you pay. For a building being refreshed room by room as leases turn over, that keeps money out of stock you are not using yet.

- Yes. Tell us the floor and the number of rooms in advance so the team brings enough people.
- How long does a mattress last in a rental?
- It depends on use. Turning it head-to-foot every three months in the first year, then every six, and putting a protector on it helps a lot — a spring mattress cannot be washed whole.
