No minimum order, and no deposit
Most mattress factories take project orders with a 30–50% deposit before production, which ties up the cash flow of a small hotel or guesthouse. Here you can order a single room, there is no minimum, and you pay once the beds are in and assembled — so a refit can follow your revenue instead of preceding it.
The sizes Thai guest rooms actually use
Twin rooms and staff rooms mostly run two 3.5 ft beds (107 × 198 cm). Doubles and superiors take the 5 ft (152 × 198 cm); deluxe and family rooms the 6 ft (183 × 198 cm). Every size is the same 20 cm spring mattress in quilted knit — a spec that takes a wide range of guest weights and breathes better than a solid foam block in this climate.
Delivered by the truckload, carried up, installed
Multi-room orders go out by our own truck, and the team carries everything up and installs it in the rooms. No freight charge, no installation fee. Bangkok and nearby provinces 1–3 days, elsewhere 7–10. We schedule around the dates your rooms are free. Nan, Mae Hong Son and every island are outside our range, along with some districts of Chiang Mai, Tak, Songkhla and Kanchanaburi. Pattani, Narathiwat and Yala are served through a nominated pickup point — the delivery page lists all of it. Send the room count and the province and we will plan the run.
A per-room budget you can hold
Per room, the arithmetic is short: a twin with two 3.5 ft beds is THB 8,580, a double with a 5 ft is 5,290, a deluxe with a 6 ft is 6,290 — each figure including the bed, the mattress, the pillows, delivery and installation. Nothing is added on site, so a floor-wide budget holds from the start.
